Graduation:

Cedar Crest College awards degrees and certificates three (3) times per year, following the fall, spring, and summer terms. All students seeking to earn a degree or certificate must submit an official graduation application for the term in which they expect to complete their academic requirements.

Students are responsible for reviewing and adhering to the established graduation application deadlines. Participation in the College’s annual commencement ceremonies requires submission of this form.

Undergraduate students pursuing a bachelor’s degree are strongly encouraged to submit their graduation applications after registering for their final semester. Early submission allows the Registrar’s Office sufficient time to review their academic records, identify any outstanding requirements, and work with students to resolve them before the start of their final term.

• Fall Semester, submit applications before December 1^st
• Spring Semester, submit applications before April 1^st
• Summer Semester, submit applications before August 1^st

(!) Students wishing to participate in the annual May commencement ceremony must submit their graduation application by April 1, regardless of their completion term, to secure their spot in the ceremony.
