An official transcript serves as the college’s certified statement of all academic records. Our office does not process physical or electronic payments on campus. Unofficial transcripts, not carrying the official college seal or signature of the registrar are able to be downloaded at no cost to current students.

Transcript orders are processed through Parchment. Parchment is one of the leading credential platforms and is well known for its swift and efficient transcript delivery processes. Transcripts processed through Parchment are securely encrypted and can be sent electronically or by mail to the institution or address that you provide.

It is important to note that many institutions and organizations will not count a transcript as “official” if it is not sent directly to them by our office.

Students with financial obligations to the college will not be able to request an official transcript. Please refer to Student Financial Services.
