SERVICES DURING COVID-19

During the fall semester, staff will be working both on campus as well as working remotely. Please review the following appointment information as this information has changed and an additional appointment link is available.

SHORT IN-PERSON APPOINTMENTS: MONDAYS and WEDNESDAYS

Starting August 24th, staff will be on campus Mondays and Wednesdays and students, who have already been approved for accommodations and are not asking for additional accommodations, will be able to make short in-person student on those days. These appointments will be limited to 15 minutes or less and will provide students with an opportunity to discuss a quick issue, pick up equipment etc. Please be prepared in advance regarding what you wish to ask, discuss or do. Appointment location: Rm. 320, Cressman Library.

To make a short, in-person appointment, please access Sue Barnes' Monday/Wednesday Calendar.

Please note: Students must wear a mask and stay socially distanced during this appointment. If you are unable to wear a mask, please make an appointment via Sue Barnes' Tues/Thurs/Friday calendar (link below) so that we can meet via phone or online conferencing.

If you can’t wear a mask or need to make longer appointments (more complicated issue, a Self-Disclosure meeting, training on software, follow-up appointment, etc.) please check my Sue Barnes' Tues/Thurs/Fri Calendar.

PHONE/ONLINE CONFERENCING APPOINTMENTS: TUESDAYS, THURSDAYS and FRIDAYS

These appointments are for currently enrolled or prospective students who wish to make accommodation requests (schedule a self-disclosure meeting), current students who need to schedule a longer follow-up appointment, students with accommodations who need software/technology training, etc. Students may still schedule a quick phone call on these days as well.

To make a longer appointment that will be conducted via telephone or online conferencing, please access Sue Barnes' Tues/Thurs/Fri Calendar.

Documentation may be mailed to the attention of Susan Barnes, Disability Resources, emailed directly to Sue Barnes (susan.barnes@cedarcrest.edu) or faxed to Academic Services (610-606-4673).
