SAGE Orientation - Summer 2020
Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, Summer Orientation for new SAGE Students is moving to an all-new online format. On May 4, 2020, from 6-7:30 p.m., students will be welcomed to our virtual campus through a web-based video conference, GoToMeeting. (RSVP HERE) The online event will be an opportunity for students, eager to start their academic careers or continue with their studies, to learn about Cedar Crest College, our culture, the services we offer, and how we can help them realize success on their new campus.
Students will hear from Calley Stevens Taylor, Dean of Student Success; Kyle Dailey, Dean of Students, and several representatives from a number of other key offices on campus: Academic Advising, Campus Bookstore, Career Planning, Center for Diversity and Inclusion, Cressman Library, Information Technology, Learning and Disability Resources, the School of Adult and Graduate Education, and Student Financial Services.
Starting Monday, April 27, 2020, videos from each of these offices will also be available right here on this page in My Cedar Crest for any student who wishes to start orientation at their own pace and ahead of the web-based video conference (see below).
We will be sharing all of the program details, including the link to the online meeting, in the days ahead. In the meantime, please contact Academic Services (firstname.lastname@example.org) with any questions regarding Summer Orientation for new SAGE students.
