You’ll find detailed information below to help answer your questions.

Need a loan to help cover your balance?
Information on private educational loans (via the ELM Select link) and Federal Direct PLUS Loans (for dependent students) is included below.

Did you complete your loan confirmation?
Please click on Loan Confirmations to the left. (Note: Any loan updates may take 5–7 days to appear on your invoice.)

What is Transact Integrated Payments (formerly CASHNet)?
This is the system where you can view your e-bill, make payments, and review up-to-date account activity. No separate login is required—just click on Transact Integrated Payments to the left, then select the link to access the system.

Want to give someone access to view or pay your bill?
Log into Transact Integrated Payments, click My Account, and under Payers, select Send a payer invitation.

Interested in enrolling in eRefund (direct deposit for refunds)?
Go to Transact Integrated Payments, click My Account, then select Sign Up under Direct Deposit Refunds.

Expecting a refund?
If your account shows a credit balance, refunds are not issued before the start of classes. Refunds are processed once attendance has been verified for your enrolled courses.

Does your employer offer tuition reimbursement?
If so, please complete the Employee Benefit Application and the Tuition Deferment Form, both located on the left.

EZ Payment Plan Information

EZ payment plans for Summer are available beginning April 25, 2025.

If you are only taking Summer 1 classes, you are only eligible for the 2 EZ Pay plan. If you are taking classes in both Summer 1 and or Summer 2, you are eligible for the 4 EZ Pay plan. 

If you are not sure what payment plan you are eligible for, please contact Student Financial Services.

If you are only in summer housing, you are NOT eligible for the Summer EZ payment plan.

EZ Payment Plan Information

Please click here for information about enrolling and using the College's interest-free payment plan which allows you to pay all or a portion of your semester bill monthly.  There is a $25/semester enrollment fee.  The EZ Pay plan requires that students make their monthly payment on-line via Transact Integrated Payments.

Federal Loan Information

Federal Direct Stafford Loans

Federal Direct Student Loans are included as part of a student's financial aid package.  Students who remain enrolled at least half-time may defer payments on these loans until six months after leaving school.  The FAFSA form is the application for Federal Student Loans.  New borrowers will receive instructions by email after July 1st to complete an electronic Master Promissory Note and Entrance Counseling session.

Federal Direct Plus Loan - Parent (Dependent students ONLY)

Parents of dependent students can apply for the amount owed after financial aid for the year through the Federal Direct Parent PLUS Loan.  This loan program requires a credit check, and parents will complete the PLUS online application process at https://studentaid.gov/

Federal Direct Graduate Plus Loan (Independent Graduate students ONLY)

Independent graduate students can apply for the amount owed after financial aid for the year through the Federal Direct Graduate PLUS Loan.  This loan program requires a credit check, and student will complete the Graduate PLUS online application process at https://studentaid.gov/

Private Education Loan Information

A list of private educational loans is available at http://www.elmselect.com
 
Private Educational Loans are available based on credit approval.  Private Educational Loans are made in the student's name with a credit-worthy co-signer and can take 1-2 weeks to process.  The maximum amount that may be borrowed is the school's cost of attendance minus any other financial aid.  For some loan programs, principal and interest may be deferred while the student is enrolled in the school at least half-time.  Fees and interest rates for these types of programs vary greatly and depend upon the credit criteria of the borrower (student) and co-signer.
