All students must complete the emergency contact information form by the end of the second week of classes. Please ensure that your information is accurate. The information that you include on this form will only be used by College personnel (e.g. Campus Police, Residence Life, etc.) in the event of an emergency. Thank you. You may find this form on

under “Emergency Contact Update Form”. To log into eRezLife please use the first part of your Cedar Crest Email (I.e., “Jane.Doe”) and your password for FalconNet.
