Our goal is to help maintain and promote a community of scholars where each individual has the opportunity to develop their potential and explore their talents and interests in and out of the classroom. Cedar Crest College stresses the importance of holistic wellness of the student in a way that prepares them for success in all facets of life.

All students must complete the emergency contact information form by the end of the second week of classes. Please ensure that your information is accurate. The information that you include on this form will only be used by College personnel (e.g. Campus Police, Residence Life, etc.) in the event of an emergency. Thank you. You may find this form on eRezLife under “Emergency Contact Update Form”. To log into eRezLife please use the first part of your Cedar Crest Email (I.e., “Jane.Doe”) and your password for FalconNet.

Going to an event sanctioned by Cedar Crest that will cause you to miss class? Use the attached form to notify instructors about planned absences due to College sanctioned events. This form is designed to assist students in talking with faculty regarding an absence for any college sponsored event.

Students should understand that at the time of absence they should be making sufficient academic progress within the class.

The Student Handbook is prepared by the Division of Success and Engagement to provide you with information about campus resources, student life, and college procedures. The polices presented in the Student Handbook apply to all Cedar Crest students. 



Students should complete this form if they wish an absence notification to be sent to their faculty members. If you have a doctor’s note or other documentation explaining the reason for missing a class, please complete this form in its entirety.

Submitting this documentation to the Office of Student Affairs is to verify the reason for your absence. Your professor(s) will determine if it is an excused or unexcused absence.

All students are required to complete the Commencement Attendance Form for all Commencement Day events.

This form must be completed on or before Friday, April 14, 2023

**Remember – You must have completed all graduation requirements to participate**
